High-turbulence combustion chambers are used for the thermal treatment of toxic substances or special waste. These can be in suspended, liquid or gaseous form. In special cases, precious metal recovery or catalyst regeneration can also be carried out. Combined with the right flue gas cleaning and heat recovery systems, we plan and deliver a safe and environmentally friendly overall plant technology from a single source, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The flue gas is passed over a burner flame at the base of the combustion chamber, and the pollutants are safely post-combusted in the downstream combustion chamber by turbulent flow. At the top of the system, the cleaned flue gas is fed to the heat recovery system tailored to your needs. Depending on regulatory requirements, an appropriately matched flue gas cleaning system is connected downstream.
