Exhaust Air Treatment Systems

Drawing on decades of experience, we develop tailored processes for the elimination of your pollutants – depending on factors such as exhaust air volume, gas type and available space. This gives you exactly the solution your production environment requires, all from a single source.

Perfectly Integrated into Your Production

Industrial exhaust air must comply with strict statutory requirements in many countries. However, standard products are often insufficient for legally compliant, economical and environmentally sound air pollution control – the operational requirements of individual companies differ too greatly. That is why Eisenmann Environmental Technology goes the decisive step further for you.

Benefit from a highly efficient system that enables you to:

  • comply with all statutory emission limits
  • reduce operating costs
  • protect the environment

Solutions and News

Exhaust air treatment of highly corrosive VOC-laden exhaust air from a wastewater treatment process using an RTO and scrubber system to comply with the latest emission regulations — replacing an existing activated carbon filter system.

After 29 years of operation, the internals of an RTO were refurbished as part of a retrofit, making it fit for the future once again. The work was carried out within extremely confined spaces and under tight time constraints.

How our service works

1. Input data

Submit your input data to us either via our form or have all information recorded in person by our service staff.

2. Requirements check

We verify what conditions must be met at the outlet of the exhaust air purification system in your company. The basis for this is the Technical Instructions on Air Quality (TA Luft) or other statutory, regulatory and internal specifications.

3. Concept study
Which system technology is right for your plant? We clarify this question with a well-founded concept study. Based on your production conditions, we capture all project details – from feasibility and risks to cost and schedule planning.

4. Permit documentation
We support you in preparing the required permit documentation.

5. Basic design
Even before the contract is awarded, we provide you with a basic design specifying all requirements of your exhaust air purification system.

6. Implementation
Once you have awarded us the contract, we build your exhaust air purification system according to plan.

7. Commissioning
We install your system on site and commission it. If you have any questions, we will of course be happy to answer them.

8. After-sales service
Whether maintenance, repair or technical modifications: we are always available when you need our support.

Technical examples:

  • RTO system with downstream DeNOx unit for nitrogen oxide reduction in the clean gas
  • RTO system with downstream scrubber for chloride reduction in the clean gas
  • For high exhaust air concentrations: hot gas discharge from the RTO combustion chamber with utilisation of waste heat for thermal oil generation
  • TO system with downstream thermal oil or hot water system for heat recovery
  • TO system with downstream catalyst for CO reduction
  • Adsorption rotor (ADR) for concentration of low-loaded exhaust air – with oxidation in RTO or TO system
